We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and support our HR department's daily operations. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and passionate about fostering a positive work environment for our employees.
Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee inquiries
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related questions
Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback
Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement programs and diversity and inclusion initiatives
Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, maintaining HR files, and scheduling meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in an HR role or internship is preferred
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
